[Resolved] Trai — double charges for relocation of videocon d2h | |||
Hi Team, I have relocated to from one place to another in Pune. I have request to videocon to relocate my connection as well. They have sent their engineer and dis-mental set top box from my location and taken 400/- rs. Later a day they have sent another engineer and set up set of box. After 2 days, Vidoeon D2H has deducted 400/- rs from my customer care account. I have raised complement as well as it is very difficult to reach to videocon to their customer care no.They are not taking any action and not refunding amount for my set top box.
