Trai — dth airtel is not responding properly to change the pack

Hi sir

My Airtel DTH ID # is [protected]-001

I have selected my own pack on 28.01.2018 11:55 PM but same is not yet activated but charging me higher side.

I have called and discussed with the customer care but it is not happening and not responding properly, need intervention to close my issue else arrange to refund my balance and to close the account
