Trai — dth new channel selection violation by airtel

1. Airtel dth has provided channel no 998 for channels selection
2. On 31 jan i submitted the selection using this facility and airtel acknowledged the same.
3. However airtel did not implement the new selection until 4th february and continued to charge at old rate.
4. This new implementation lasted only for a few hours and airtel has locked all channels except dd.
5. Airtel customer care doesn't provide facility to give feedback/ complaint.
6. I have used the facility to request refresh of the channels selected by me
Though there is instant sms stating that refresh will take place within 10 mins, refresh didn't take place at all in spite of several requests.
6. I have complained to airtel through email and they have not responded
