Trai — dth not installed since last 4 days

Dear sir,

I have book a airtel dth connection on 21st may and i assured by airtel customer care that my connection will be done by with in 4 hours. But today is 25th may and still waiting for installation. I have called many times to airtel customer and its local distributor but airtel customer care blocked my number and local distributor numer switched off. So kindly help me on this urgent basic.
