[Resolved] Trai — excess bill amount rcom service provider | |||||
Sir I have been an old customer of rcom for the last nearly 14 years but i dont know they have sent me the bill which is excess. I have been regularly paying my ills without any default inspite of that i have received the bill which is approximately double the average of my prevoius bills. I had talked to rcom customer service today at about 9 pm and was told by them that they are charging extra payment for advance paymemt till september 2017 which will be adjusted in future payments. I had requested for a revised bill as i am not willing to pay the advance amount as mentioned the bill but customer service person told me that he is lodging the complaint but i will have to pay the whole wait for 5 days last date of the bill being 18.08.2017.
