Trai — fraudulent practice by bharti airtel

I am a customer of airtel digital tv from bangalore.
My customer id is [protected]. The aforesaid company has resorted to fraudulent activity by adding telugu channel to my digital tv package without my consent. It is a matter of great concern that i have not changed my package and i have not added telgu channel as i dont know telgu
Now the company has suspended account despite the fact that the validity of of package is up to 28/11/2019 and availability sufficient balance of rs 39/- (As intimated by the company on 19/11/2019) in my account
It is requested that the aforesaid company may be directed to desist from adopting malpractices for boosting revenue by adopting dishonest and fraudulent practices
