Trai — hathway mumbai not providing the services despite collecting payment | |||
Dear sir, As per new trai rule, package tariff payment is made to hathway, mumbai (Hathway sai star cable & datacom pvt. Ltd, kandivali) by me on 16th feb'19 for a la carte pack (Total of inr 636) for half month of feb'19 and full month of mar'19. Customer vc no [protected]. Cable services stopped by hathway mumbai from 10th of feb'19 and till date they have not activated the channels for which payment is made. Upon calling their kandivali branch they dont provide the action taken status and merely say' wait for some days'. Upon calling their ho authorities too, there is no proper response. I would like to have a full refund since cable operator is not providing the services. Seeking disciplinary action by trai on such errant cable operators.
