Trai — hathway tv cable network | |||
Date - since feb 2019 Hathway card no:[protected] I have been struggling with my cable tv operator, 3 star (Hathway) as the tv reception is very bad. We have hd set top box installed, however for 2 months since feb 2019, hd channels have not been available for viewing as they are either under maintenance or they are facing some other challenge. We switched to non hd channel subscription due to the above issue as it was suggested by the operator. However, the situation didn't change. On continuous follow up, we were told that technician will visit our home to check for issues but that never happened. In spite of paying regularly for cable tv channels, we have not received desired service. Today we have not subscribed to any operator as we have purchased the hd set top box from them and expect the cable operator to restore the services up to satisfaction. I m from udaipur, rajasthan. Mene aj 27th july 2019 ko new connection liya. Operator ne purana set top box bheja..remort diya nhi...paise pure le gaya...n phone karne pe batmizi kari...ye konsa tarika hai...hame puri info di nh n second hand cnnection ky hota h jab pure paise le rhe ho ap..
