Trai — I am complaining about airtel recharge | |
I am customer of airtel. I recharged under special offers of 498 package. But they didn't upgrade it and interacting with customer care she said that no such package is available. Moreover i was provided the service only for one day ie500 mb 100 sms and incoming in 498 rupees for one day. But 498 package is available. The screen shot i have uploaded with the mail.
