Trai — idea cellular network - deactivating my incoming and outgoing going calls

I got message from idea cellular that they are disconnecting my incoming calls and outgoing calls if iam not going to recharge every month. As per trai guidance if there is no incoming and outgoing calls for 3-6 months, then only they can disconnect calls n deactivate sim. Could you please do check and give necessary action in priority...
