Trai — illegal deduction and earlier suspension of service by airtel customer id [protected] | |||
I have been Airtel customer since more than 6 years having customer ID [protected].I have last recharge of Rs.315/ on 19.02.2019 as monthly subscription/ pack as reflecting in Airtel app against customer ID.But it is very painful to inform that my service has been stopped on 12.03.2019 I.e only in 22 days. When I called Airtel customer care executive they explain that ac suspension charge of Rs.15 has been deducted from Ac and also stated that my daily deduction is Rs.11.10 if I am going on in Airtel way still it should have continued for at least 27 days(300/11.10=27days approx) then why it has been suspended 5 days ago.i called 3 times to customer care executive but after wasting time of 15 minutes everyone cutt the call without replying that why it has been suspended 5 days ago and deny to lodge complain.Its very hurting that despite wastage of 1 hour my issue has not been resolved.Thereafter I mailed the issue to [protected]@ Airtel.com from here I was given an assurance /reply through mail having ref No.[protected] on 14.03.2019 that extra deducted amt Rs.80/ will be revert back and will be credited by Airtel within 24 hours.But it is matter of grave concern that after lapses of 8days amt yet to be credited in my A/C and service yet to be resumed.Kindly do the needful for taking suitable and strict action against Airtel and reversals of extra/illegal deducted amt.
