Trai — i'm complaining about airtel 4g network

For the above mentioned subject reference no have raised a compalint for mobile network which is connecting in 2g instead of 4g

I have done a 244 data pack on 20th oct 2017

Till now its connecting in 2g

I cant use this data for anything even to send mail also

For that i have planned to port mobile no from airtel to jio

But you have rejected the request bcs of 90 days not completed

But yesterday night also i sent a mail to airtel stating network issue

I cant use my official work in home also
