Trai — inability to choose paid channels of my own choice | |||
I am subscribing asianet digital cable service kerala for long and with the recent developments i was informed by this service provider that a self help portal would be provided to choose my own choices of paid channels however the same is not yet given. I was requesting them to maintain the earlier status "on" for such customers till the above mentioned portal is ready. It is very disappointing that such a very unprofessional way of customer service would definitely eliminate the trust and confidence and i therefore request you to initiate appropriate action.
