Trai — lies and deceit from tata sky

Tata sky is not allowing me to choose packs as per trai guidelines. They are very unprofessional. They are saying that trai has extended the deadline and are not ready to provide any kind of proof to support this statement. Their packs are too costly. Other operators provided same content at a less price currently. With trai's new regulation this price will further go down. Tatasky is not ready to provide the packs or a date by when the packs would be avaialble. This is just pure tyranny. They might as well just loot out houses and take the money.
