Sir, my TATA SKY subs id is [protected].It is in grouping, one primary and two seconadary setup box .Now i wish to seperate them and want different subs ids for each setup box.I lodged request for it on 28 may 2019 and got request id 1HPC5A7K.Initially they told me that its free of charge but now tata sky told me to pay rs 300 for each id for their mechanic support.But there is no reqmt of any unneccessery mechanical support.pls take action on this complaint and give favorable result on it, thank you.
