Trai — mobile service provider

I have a vodafone connection in use for several years. I am currently on pre-paid plan. Since february this year, i have facing repeated problem of deduction for vas that i have not subscribed to or used. Every time i register a complaint with vodafoneidea, the deducted money is credited to my a/c. They are not fixing this problem on a permanent basis, which forces me to continuously watch the deductions on a daily basis and register a complaint so very often.in the last two months i have had atleast 6 occasions where i faced this problem and in the last one week, faced it twice. Isn't the service provider not liable for this indiscriminate and unilateral charging and literally harassing me from time to time? Every issue that comes up takes away atleast 45' of my time for registering a complaint, answering the phone call and 2~3 days for resolution. I have the trail of emails since february and i have attached the same.
