Trai — money is deducted 3 times yet the services has not been provided, customer care is to harass customer | |||
Dear sir, It is very common now a days how innocent people are being looted by the telecom service providers just because their inability to connect the customer care has rated more than the actual service. Most of the time the people have to hassle a lot trying the customer care number but the ultimate result is zero. I myself have recharged stv 345 a several time through airtel app (Which is self proclaimed by airtel to give the best of service details). But every time the money has been deducted and i have been brutally thrown into stress at difficult situation. Very much similar to the mental harassment of watching getting your own money looted but the authority keeps silent. Henforth, along with this complaint i have attached all the transaction details of the recharge via 'airtel app' in lieu of which no services were provided. I just request if people like me and some people who are not much tech friendly ; don't they have got rights to enjoy the services they pay for. If 1000 people like me recharge like this average in a day i. E. Around 3.5 lakh inr everyday is looted easily and legally. Since they have got the transaction is at will and service could not be provided just because due to lack of proper technical assistance; will the govt. Be a silent watcher or take a step ahead what we talk of 'a digital india/ a smarter india'. Please look ahead to this or let us be ashamed of a system we belong. Was this information helpful? | |||
