Trai — money kept in main balance

Dear sir,
By mistake more than one time recharged and requested airtel. While approaching customer care, they told that they give us extended validity or they will put in airtel wallet where we can use it. Latter they said that amount transferred to main balance it can't be used for recharges. More than 10 months talking to airtel, they give us different reasons but they are not allowing to use it.
Every time they are saying, we can use it by requesting airtel, while requesting they give lot of reasons. Even they tell us to go to consumer court as well bu they can make it useable.

1. Rs 35=get rs 26 talktime along with local, std, landline calls at 2.5p/sec and 100mb data for 28 days. (Smart recharge)

2. Rs 65=get rs 55 talktime along with local, std, landline calls at 60p/min and 200mb data for 28 days. (Smart recharge)

3. Rs 19=unlimited local, std & roaming calls along with 200mb data and 100 sms for 2 days. (Unlimited plan)

4. Rs 119=unlimited local, std & roaming calls along with get 300 sms and 1gb data for 28 days. (Unlimited plan)

5. Rs 149=unlimited local, std+roaming calls along with 100 sms/day and 1gb/day+extra 10gb, 28 days. (Unlimited plan)

6. Rs 399=unlimited local, std and roaming calls along with 1.4gb/day data and 100 sms/day+extra 10gb, for 84 days. (Unlimited plan)

Note - i regret to inform you that, as your in international roaming the ussd codes will not work.

In future, check your tariff, balance and validity, special offers, last 5 debits and more by dialing *121*51#.
