Trai — my cable service den is not follow the the trai rules.

Sir i am from chandni chowk delhi my cable service which is tina cable which is connected with den cable networks those are not follow the the trai rule... I was complain in den cable netrwks by mail but they also told me "we have no any information by trai" and my cable operator is also told me"300 rps mn saare de rahe hai or kya chahiye"..
