Trai — my setup box is not working properly & some channels are closed by customer care and customer care service misbehave

My setup box is not working properly some days. I have already independent tv complaint customer care last 4 days. But my problem not solve and service boy are not come in and no solve. My some channels are closed by customer care 2 month. Before i have purchased information all channels are given. But 2 month later i have no given information my chaannels closed
