Trai — need to shut down videocon d2h services | |||
1) every month i do get *no signal* issue on my videocon d2h connection. Every time i've to pay rs.200 to engineer to fix the issue. Besides this there are days which are lost due to this issue. 2) when i asked videocon d2h to shut down my account, they simply denied, saying that there's no such procedure to shut down the services. This is completely not acceptable, if we can start something then there should be a way to stop it. 3) they keep on calling on daily basis on offers which i'm not interested. Even after activating dnd, i get calls from different mobile numbers. Was this information helpful? | |||
