Trai — network and worst service of airtel

Suddenly my mobile airtel network gone.. I restarted, sim change still it was not working. I went to airtel gallery and told them. They tole me that ur sim is having some issues. Need to replace and it will get activate in 4 hrs. Request taken 28 nov17 @06.30pm till now it is not started. When i called customer care he rudely reply saying we have rec'd req now.. So sorry we are unable to help you now. This is airtel 2nd time with me. How does the sim card got damage without any cause???
My entire work was stuck and airtel is not bother about the same.
Trai look into this matter and make them understand that when sim got replacement it must get activatated immediately. As everything is already done.. The why does telecom company needs time???
