Trai — no internet connectivity for my mobile. | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am using the airtel postpaid service for past 5 years. Now only i am facing internet connectivity issue. I registered complaint many times. They have closed my request by saying issue rectified. But issue is not yet rectified. My past complaint request id's are 7876444 which is in active state. Remaining request id's are[protected] these requests are closed. After changing the 499 plan to 349 plan i am unable to use the available data. I thought there may be problem in my phone. I checked my phone with another airtel number, i received data with the maximum speed of 17 mbps. But when i use my number it is showing 0.01 or 0.00 mbps speed. But i am getting full frequency either 3g or 4g. So i think there may be any issue in sim card and changed the sim but i am not getting internet till now. When i spoke with customer care (198), they said to remove the sim and keep ideal for few mins and insert the sim, and connect the internet manually. I did everything but its not working. Now i am having 55.8 gb o[censored]nusable internet. For past 5 days i was unable to use the internet. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible Note: my friends and others who are having airtel are getting good internet in the locations where i am using. I attached the screen shot below.
