Trai — no proper information and activating packs on their own | |||
I am Milan from Delhi . i hve been customer of videocon d2h since 12 years .i made my 1 month pack on 28 march, i paid for it but everytime i have to recharge it before my due date. The executives do not give proper information regarding the topic also they activate packs and channels on their own without our permission and after that the money gets deduct from my account . Also i filed a complaint on 14 june, 2019 but there is no single call back and response to it. i am not satisfied at all with the service. This is a serious issue if nothing is going to happen then i ll be taking this at my end and this will be a trouble for company . Was this information helpful? | |||
