Hi My name is satish dhatrak this complaint is regarding the non co-operation & rude behavior or mr santosh (Customer service desk) on adharcard updation. Its been worst and pathetic sevice been treated by vodafone person mr santosh on updation of adharcard. Since i have 3 vodafone nos which are registered on vodafone network since one of my postpaid no was been switch off [protected] so i requested him to generate otp no on other vodafone no which are registered to vodafone network but this person started talking rudely mentioning don, t teach me it is not possible to send otp no other no started takling rudely and badly and started saying to complaint any were ever you want i will not help you. Have never ever face such pathetic situation as other customer ladies also stood up and talking rudely about my sense.. Have never seen such goons in my life in vodfone store. Request and immediate action on concern vodafone gallery on non acceptance of adharcard updation and rude behavior by vodfone servicedesk team.
