I have made an online request to Independence TV for a DTH connection on 20.12.2018 by paying Rs.1, 999/-. It was informed that the connection will be given in 10-15 days. They have given me the Work Order Number (968314) and Customer ID ([protected]).
Since the connection was not given as promised, I requested them to cancel my application and refund me the amount paid. I have been contacting their Customer Care regularly but not getting any proper reply. I sent several emails but no reply is received.
I would therefore request you to kindly help me in getting my money back.
