Trai — not getting signal ,wants refund

I have taken tata sky connection. Now not getting signal, two times engineer visit done. He told me that no signal in your location. So i called many times tata sky customer service. Raised many complain about amount deduction though i am not using services. For deactivation the connection also raised a complain. Wants refund. But no body respond.
