Trai — not providing all free to air channels in d2h

I allauddin a d2h customer complaned to d2h customer care "free to air channels like masti, sangeeth bhojpuri, oscar movies and so many free to air channels are missing"
D2h customer care replied that above mentioned channels are not in d2h platform.
Then why i should pay 130 plus gst for free to airchannels if i am not getting my favourite channels.
D2h executives will say according to trai for channel price list and list wont contain some of free to air channels.
My request is to make available all free to air channels in every dth and cable tv platform

1) I am unable to view all FTA channels
2) pay channels also not getting
3) I cant recharge FTA and other addon channels at first time. have to do FTA recharge 1st after that other addon.
4) after recharge account will not active automatically I have to call customer care. always there line busy

Diyar sir tha BRDS belagavi cable operators is not distributed into the dd sports channel regularly when cricket match start than channel distribution is stopped this free dd sports channel stop warming you will take action against your distributor?

Dear team d2h,
Till today free to air channels like MASTI, MUSIC INDIA, E 24 are missing on your platform.
If you are d2h team member and you dont have any idea on this, its shame on your part.
You can check my registered mobile number and customer id is mentioned on d2h complaint email id and i did not get any reply from d2h complaint mail.
