[Resolved] Trai — not receive satisfaction about repairing of set top box | |
I recharged my dish tv set top box after 4 months and suddenly found that it was not working. When i call the service provider's technician, he did not do any thing to repair the box and declared that the box needs to be replaced. He charged me rs 200. I have already recharged my settop box with rs 299. When i told about all these happenings, the authority did not take any action.
