Trai — online recharge and update of my account for dishtv

As per trai guidelines, i have renewed for dish tv subscription but the same could not be update in the dish tv subscriber management system. I am getting message that that the balance is low and needs recharge immediately to avoid disconnection. Customer service agent informs that their system shows that the subscription due is 4th april but it is not updating. Due to the fault of management system software, the customer care agent informed that there is problem in set top box which needs technician visit. When i called the technician, he says since there is no issue of signalling or other stb problems no need to change the set top box.
I complained to the various people as well dish tv nodal officer delhi, up through mail but no response so far. Complaint has also sent through consumer complaint, but no one has responsed. Inspite of 7 days of email and other efforts, dish tv has not responded to me. I have tried to call nodal officer delhi but no one picks up the phone and no response received. Tried to call nodal officer deepak sharma telephone no.: [protected] it says wrong phone no. Why they are providing the incorrect details in their website. Customer service are not providing the
