Trai — outgoing call barred by reliance jio even if i have unlimited plan

Dear sir,

Please look into issue i have jio 459 unlimited call plan but jio has discontinued my calling service just because of i have done many calls with a single number jio tell us it is a violation of terms and conditions. My jio no is [protected] please resume my service charge penalty for hidden terms and conditions which misguide customer
