Trai — pathetic service by videocon d2h | |
Hi team, This is to bring to your kind notice that as per the amendment of the new trai rule, i did my videocon d2h recharge for 3 months on 02/02/2019. My previous plan was of around 900/- per month and my current plan selection costs me around 300/- per month. After confirming it from the videocon d2h customer care i did the recharge and requested for plan change and was assured that by 02/02/2019 eod, my plan will get changed and i’ll also be getting the extra 7 days benefit for the long term recharge. Despite of multiple calls to the videocon d2h customer care, my issue is still pending and i am being asked to wait for a few days now. I had no problem in waiting, but videocon d2h is still charging me with the previous expensive plan for everyday and they are still not sure, when will they be able to change this. This kind of service is not acceptable at all. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me.
