Trai — poor customer service by videocon d2h | |||
Videocon D2H customer care executives repeatedly disconnect my call and don't listen to my query. My customer id is 50871778 Firstly, they do not prompt anyone regarding any repetition of channels if anyone picks duplicate channels they allow them to do so, which is their way of making money. After wrongly picking up the channel they lock it immediately which doesn't allow one to remove it from their channel selection list. There are a few channels that are getting repeated in my package and I wanted to remove these duplicate channels but despite calling multiple times none of the Videocon D2H representatives listened to my complaint. They are forcing me to pay for the same channel twice. Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that we were trying to reach you on RTN- [protected], but you were not contactable. Furthermore, you can make changes to your package through our website or application. If you are unable to remove the channels from your package then provide the channels name which you want to remove.
