Customer number[protected] d2h service of videocon We had reconnected the d2h service of videocon in feb 2019, at a cost of rs. 799. Our monthly charge is rs. 514. Since the last three weeks or so, say from the third week of june 2019, the free malayalam channels are not getting screened. Whereas, he free english news channels are getting screened. Paid channels are getting screened. After many days of complaining, videocon technician came today and worked on the connection of their box on terrace and immediately we could view the free malayalam news channels, which are free. However, within half an hour of his departure, the entire channels got disconnected. The message displayed is, “e18-4 services not available due t technical reasons. Will be made available” The company charges rs. 200 for every time their technician comes to visit to rectify a defect. Furthermore, they don’t show all the channels that we pay for.
