I had applied for a vodafone postpaid connection on the 13/07/17 with reference no. 2197731. After enquiry by vodafone staff, i was given a number [protected] on the 14/07/17 for a premium of rs 500/-. I had filled the form, given the premium amount of rs 500/- and i was given the receipt and the sim card ([protected] sy) for the same number. To my surprise on the 15/07/17 i came to know that my number was allotted to some other customer. I want you to take action against the cheating of vodafone officials and help me to get my number [protected].
