[Resolved] Trai — problem in connection about 20 days | |||
Dear sir i have an 2 connection on videocon d2h id 25372219. For about 20 days only 1 connection is running [super gold package] and on 2nd connection only some free channels are comming. Iam very much deppressed. Daily i call many times customer care number for urgently start my choosen channels but every times no response comes from their. For 20 days they said server is down Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved on every time during 20 days when we call videocon d2h customer care they said error is shown in customer id 25372219 & call after 1 hour every time or some times they said their is technical problem TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
