Trai — problem in watching tv channels

I would like to complaint about my videocon d2h provider... Pls take strict action against them as soon as possible... They are highly irresponsible & ignorant towards their customers... I m fed up of their service... They r nt following the new trai guidelines & just forcing their own rules on their customers... After doing the payment in advance for the channel subscription i m still nt able to see the tv.. & they r nt even listening to me... Every time they give the excuse of server down... The customer service of videocon d2h is pathetic & worst... Plz look in to this matter seriously & take action against them... I m hoping fr a positive response frm ur side... Pls help... My d2h id is registered by my father's name mr. Ram babu, id no. 77829882.
