Done recharge of 4g for rs.348 of idea for unlimited calling but since last 10 days facing issue with range & connectivity of internet.

Raised complaint on 16.09.17 @ idea customer care & they inform 45 hours to resolved the issue.

Still not resolve the issue. Have called today now they extent the deadline & saying same will resolve till 21.09.17.

Request intervention.

They charge hugh amt. From customer & provided poor & poor services.

Updated by 19Rajesh As recharge validity is for 28 days & after doing recharge almost 4 days are over & they require more 3-4 days i.e. 7 days will have to bear chages for 4G & used such irritating services from Idea
