Trai — re: deactivate the sim | |||||
I am using vodafone since 2013. Recently my sim is deactivated from 3rd january 2019.. I asked the same to the customer care people of vodafone. They said that, you visited our store and applied for new sim thats the way we disconnected your sim. But i didn't visited and apply for new sim. Without my documents and without my signature how can they disconnected? From past 2 weeks i suffered a lot. This is my business sim, i lost business due to disconnected sim. I doing all my transaction with this sim. Hence, i request you to please some needful action and compensate for the same Was this information helpful? | |||||
