[Resolved] Trai — recharge but channel not coming | |||
I have recharged Videocon d2h consumer ID[protected] name Vijanti Xalxo on[protected] at 11.55 am but my channels are not coming . I have called 6times in customer care but still my channel are not coming and the are not responding me properly. They just told me to wait for 10 minutes and keep switch on your TV but my channels are not coming more than 48 hours. I have recharged online and they have debited my account instantly but they have not been activated my channels since more than 48 hours. I have done 1month pack in which two days have already passed. But still they have not activated my channels. Was this information helpful? | |||
