[Resolved] Trai — refund not credited to my account | |||
I am user of videocon d2h company. my service no. is 60334784. on 6th of july i have lodged a complaint thatno channel is coming to my due to non available of tv signal. so thay have told that our engineer will come to your place and will solved your problem. they have not any engineer to my place and amount of service charge has been debited to my service acct. no. 60334784. so 8 have complained to the customer care but there no response till the date. therefore u r requested to solve my problem.
