Trai — refund of double recharge of my dth connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Rajendra(Customer ID[protected]On 21st May dual recharge was done by mistake for Rs.2000 and Rs.200.
Immediately I requested videocon D2h customer care to refund Rs.2000 at the earliest. they provided complaint no i.e[protected] but till date I have not received the refund in my bank account and I contacted customer care team more than 60 times and sent emails but no response. Recently they
Request informed me that amount has been credited in my bank account on 02th June 2019. But not I have not received any credit as such and their service is pathetic. Just to enquire this query overall they hold my calls for more than 30hours.
It is very difficult to get the refund amount. Kindly help me to get my money back.
