Trai — refund or recharge issue | |||
Dear sir, I was made recharge using my indus bank app, 4 transaction in one hour, but the 2 transaction amount was not credited to my sundirect wallet. But my indus bank giving all 4 transacion transacion id and operator reference id but sundirect is not ready to refund it and saying to customer you are done recharge on 3rd party we are not responsible. My question is who is given recharge rights to 3rd party then without sundirect permission. Please give me justice on this issue. Customer friendlyness not found in sundirect and they are not ready to discuss with 3rd party also. But i dont know how many customer lossing money by this issues. Was this information helpful? | |||
