Hi team, i raised the network related compliant to airtel on 21-jul-2017. The network team came to my place on 24-jul-2017 and took the survey. They also faced the network issue. Sent the report to concern team. After that there is no proper resolution for my issue till date. I escalated the same one to appellate team in airtel. They said, we are committing any time line to solution for my issue. I asked for the next escalation matrix or time line resolving my issue. Till date they are given any proper data, which i was asked them.
