[Resolved] Trai — regarding extra charges apply in my d2h videocon | |||
Dear Team, According to TRAI rules d2h services company take 153 Rs charges as Network Fee and payable channel amount with 18% gst, But Videocon D2H take 130 More amount from my account. When I select my channels and proceed that time show my total amount is 295.88 Rs but when I recharge this amount and call to Vidiocon d2h customer care and asked why we received only 15 days validity then he asked me 153 is not show when you select your channel it is applicable for all and 130 is mandatory for all...then we asked where is TRAI rule so he not reply any thing.
