Trai — regarding non refund of failed payment from airtel

I have recharged my dth number [protected] - 001 for rs. 235.00 on 17-12-19, but due to error the transaction was failed, but an amount from by debit card was deducted, and till today i have not received refund from operator bharti airtel end or by bank.
The screen shot of the payments attached herewith for your reference, please do the needful action for credit in my account for rs. 235-00 which is till not credited in my dth account, my registered mobile number is [protected]
Since month i have complaint many times to operator but nothing has been resolved.
Please cooperate.
