Trai — regarding the unnecessarily deduction of money and misbehaviour of representative.

Dear sir/madam,
I have a complaint regarding to my dth operator company tata sky. Sir my registered mobile number to dth is [protected]. I made a recharge on date 02/03/2019 with rupees 195. This recharge includes 153rs. And 42rs. For sports channel. According to new rules this recharge was for 30 days. But before to complete 30 days, my operator disconnect my tv.
When i try to make a complaint to my operator they did not give the valid reason and after that they abused to me in a very dirty manner. They did not resolve my complaint. They do not talk properly on phone.
So please resolve my problem.
