Respected sir i am customer of videocon d2h my customer id is 59691171, my mobile no is [protected], i had selected my own channel as per trai guideline but my channel is not started as per selection when i call customer care they told us please call after an hour, our server is down, they are also not lodging my complain as i am old subscriber of videocon d2h i am fed up with service of videocon d2h, kindly help me regarding this issue.
