Dear trai I am customer of videocon d2h from last 2 years but from last two months i am facing issues with the services right now only news channels are live on my tv rest channels are not coming and i call to customer care but always number busy no responce of e mail i dont know where to contact customer care number is always busy whole day i cant able to contact them even i recharge the setup box again but my valuable money is getting waste my customer id is[protected] and my mobile number is [protected] i am from meerut please help me out.
