Trai — regarding vodafone service | |||
Hi team, I’m writing this complaint with regard to vodafone regarding the bad service they are providing. I’ve complaint to the team stating i had issues with my mobile internet and calls and no resolution has been provided until now. The complaint was registered on 2nd of jan, 2020. I’ve contacted vodafone customer service more than 20 times via email and calls. But no resolution provided. The customer service agents does not understand the complaints and don’t know what to interact with customers. They give all wrong information’s over the phone. A bill was generated for the month of jan, 2020 with full rental charges since i’m on postpaid connection. I had contacted customer service for requesting compensation since i had issues with the mobile internet and calls and for the service which i did not get any response from the team. I had sent an email to appellate too and nobody responded to my complaints till now. Attaching the emails for your reference. I request you to please look into my complaint and provide resolution.
